Board Announcement: Dr Erica Seville

Taskforce Kiwi is excited to welcome the latest addition to our Board, Dr Erica Seville.

Erica is a professional director and resilience expert, with over a decade of experience helping organisations prepare for and navigate crises. She is the founder and former director of Resilient Organisations (ResOrgs), where she led major research on disaster resilience, including tracking business recovery following the Canterbury earthquakes.

Erica currently serves on the boards of the Natural Hazards Commission and BRANZ. She also chairs the independent steering group overseeing the review of New Zealand’s Earthquake-Prone Building legislation.

Erica is based in Wanaka and holds a PhD in risk management, a degree in civil engineering, and is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Erica brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to Taskforce Kiwi as we continue to build capability and increase impact.
